The contracting authority in the procurement is the Directorate of Children, Youth and Family Affairs (Bufdir). The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of goods in the categories white goods, brown goods and electrical appliances, primarily for the operation of child welfare institutions in addition to other underlying units in Bufdir and Bufetat. The child welfare institutions are mainly designed as normal homes. Based on this, the need will include all goods that an electro chain can offer within the extent of white goods, brown goods and electrical articles. Barne-, ungdoms- og familiedirektoratetTønsbergFrist: 02. Sept.The contracting authority in the procurement is the Directorate of Children, Youth and Family Affairs (Bufdir). Bufdir heads Bufetat, which is organised in five regions and is responsible for the operation and services of the child welfare service, including child protection institutions, welfare centres for unaccompanied minor asylum seekers and centres for parents and children. To safeguard the needs of residents and employees, institutions and centres must be furnished. Bufetat has documented a need for the furnishing of flame retardant textiles and fixtures. There is a considerable number of fires in the institutions and centres, most of which occur in the resident rooms. Based on this, there is a need to be able to purchase mattresses, fitting textiles and curtains of flame retardating quality. Flame retardating quality of textiles and mattresses will reduce the extent of damage when subject to fire. The products that the framework agreements shall cover per sub-contract: * Lot 1: Fire retardating curtains * Lot 2: Mattresses in flame retardating textiles * Lot 3: Flame retardant bedding and textiles See the requirement specifications for a comprehensive description of the delivery. The estimated value for the entire procurement is NOK 12,000,000 excluding VAT. The procurement ́s maximum value is NOK 18,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value is based on a judgemental assessment of historical consumption. The estimates must not be seen as binding for the contracting authority during the framework agreement period. The maximum value shall take into account normal price regulations, unforeseen replacement needs, potential increases in the need volume and other uncertainty that may arise during the contract period. Overview of the financial limits per sub-contract over a 4 year contract period: Lot 1: Fire retardating curtains * Estimated value: NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT. * Maximum value: NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT. Sub-contract 2: Mattresses in flame retardParallel framework agreements for electrical services in water and wastewater installations.
DRAMMEN KOMMUNEDRAMMENThe purpose of this framework agreement is to ensure that the contracting authorities, Drammen Municipality and Glitrevannverket, have access to electrical services for water and wastewater facilities. The framework agreement shall cover the need for electrical services for water and wastewater installations, including, but not limited to, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, installation services, alterations, documentation in the form of drawings and electronic documentation, declarations of conformity, programming of sensors and process equipment, and general work on low-voltage installations up to 1000 V. The framework agreement also includes inspections of electrical installations in water and wastewater installations. The scope of the agreement may include both large and small assignments and projects. The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with three (3) tenderers.
