The Financial Management Authority, on behalf of institutions in categories A1 and A2 in accordance with Act No. 123/2015 on Public Finances, as well as the parties listed in the buyers’ list in Appendix 1, invites tenders for a framework agreement on transport services No. 23343. This is a framework agreement in accordance with Article 40 of the Public Procurement Act No. 120/2016. The tender will be divided into three lots for different modes of transport: Part 1: Taxis Part 2: Electric scooters and electric bicycles Part 3: Car sharing services Please note procurement and tender documents are only in Icelandic.

Harstad kommuneHarstadBackground Harstad municipality and the collaborating municipalities shall enter into a new framework agreement for advertising services as a result of the existing framework agreement for job advertisements expiring. The municipalities have a continual need for effective recruitment advertising, as well as the execution of statutory notices in the press and/or public registers. The objective of the procurement is to ensure an overall, predictable and cost efficient advertising process with good traceability, from ordering and production to publication and documentation. The supplier market also requests that the municipalities need to use more channels and formats (digital surfaces and print) and that the ordering and follow-up process shall support the municipalities ́ internal work flow. Harstad municipality is the contracting authority on behalf of the municipalities covered by the procurement. Emphasis is put on the fact that the participating municipalities each bear responsibility for their obligations in the execution of the framework agreement. The requirements cannot be applied to the municipalities together, but only against the municipality that has resulted in any contract deviation. Other municipal entities, including all public law bodies and organisations established by Harstad municipality, shall have the right, but are not obliged, to enter into this agreement. Description of the assignment The procurement comprises a framework agreement for the purchase, production and publication of job advertisements, announcements and equivalent announcements in relevant channels. The agreement shall cover announcements in both digital and printed areas, including relevant trade and trade media, newspapers, job portals, social media and public registers when required. The delivery shall include the necessary production support connected to the design and adaptation of advertising material, as well as the delivery of documentation of publication and available statistics/reporting for completed campaigns and indentations. Furthermore, the tenderer shall offer a web-based ordering and management system that supports ordering, approval and follow-up and which provides a total overview of status and history. The system shall also be able to support integration with the municipality ́s recruitment/HR system.Parallel framework agreements for electrical services in water and wastewater installations.
DRAMMEN KOMMUNEDRAMMENThe purpose of this framework agreement is to ensure that the contracting authorities, Drammen Municipality and Glitrevannverket, have access to electrical services for water and wastewater facilities. The framework agreement shall cover the need for electrical services for water and wastewater installations, including, but not limited to, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, installation services, alterations, documentation in the form of drawings and electronic documentation, declarations of conformity, programming of sensors and process equipment, and general work on low-voltage installations up to 1000 V. Aug.The waste management company for drammensregionen IKS (RfD) plans to announce a competition for a framework agreement for electrical control and ventilation service, for its recycling and reloading stations. The framework agreement will consist of two sub-contracts; one contract for inspections and thermographing of electrical installations etc. and one contract for service and maintenance of a ventilation system. As part of the preparation of the competition, the contracting authority wants a dialogue with the market before the competition is announced. The aim of the dialogue is to get input for the tender documentation so that it is clear, competitive and feasible for suppliers. JuliThe aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the delivery and laying of asphalt on municipal roads and areas in Bodø municipality. The contract shall ensure the delivery of asphalt work as a comprehensive service, including all necessary work, including preparatory works, asphalting, compaction and clearing up after work has been carried out.
