PURPOSE AND SCOPE The contract includes all the necessary disciplines for preparing a complete cost calculation for renovation projects and in some cases minor new buildings. The framework agreement can also be used for quality assurance of Boligbygg ́s own calculations/cost estimates. LCC calculations can also occur. Cost calculations can be included in a single phase or several phases of projects. The Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing is implementing projects in several contract forms. Most used are builder managed contracts and turnkey contracts. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the stated upper financial framework is based on previous consumption as well as an assessment of future needs. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. Call-offs will take place as and when the contracting authority's needs materialise. Tenderers must be aware that changes in the economic and/or political framework terms can lead to the estimated number of assignments being increased/reduced.

Randaberg municipality has a duration equivalent to the final start-up date for Sola and Sandnes + 2 years (autumn 2028), with an option for an extension for a further 1+1 year. The combined contract value for the framework agreement (four years) is estimated to be approx. NOK 8.8 million excluding VAT. Okt.The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Foreign Ministry) is planning to announce a competition for a framework agreement for the delivery of armoured vehicles. The contracting authority shall establish a contract for the procurement of standardised vehicles, either armoured at the factory or by alteration companies. The armour ring shall be in accordance with European standards. The main content of the delivery will be (i) the vehicles themselves (type SUV/Mini-van), (ii) possibility of fulfilment of various specifications and modifications to the vehicles, and (iii) option for delivery of the vehicles in different degrees of armour. The tender documentation will have a number of specific requirements for the vehicles, where orders can vary. This includes i.a. requirements for the possibility of delivery of vehicles with different degrees of armour, and other functional and technical modifications. Some specific requirements are described in point 2.1 in the Invitation to Market Dialogue. The objective of the market dialogue is to clarify which competition criteria the market can fulfil, as well as what room the contracting authority has to take care of its needs, any guidelines and considerations for equal treatment of the participants in the competition. Oslo kommune v/ Vann- og avløpsetatenOsloVAV needs different rock masses to refill buried ditches for excavations in connection with excavations in the pipeline network and new pipes at installations. VAV has a continual need for large quantities of crushed rock masses for this work. The agency will therefore enter into parallel framework agreements with several tenderers so that the agency ́s needs are fully covered. VAV will enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 4 (four) tenderers in Part 2 and Part 2, depending on how many tenders are received. The agency has an increasing need for crushed rock masses. The maximum value of the framework agreements (Part 1 and Part 2) is NOK 40,000,000 excluding VAT for the entire contract period, including options.
