The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for joinery services. The procurement includes, among other things, the following services: • Maintenance and oncoming work • Major planned maintenance jobs and projects • Emergency repairs There will, however, also be included with the delivery of some material, as in many cases it will be appropriate that the tenderer has the material necessary for the execution of the actual assignment. Although the procurement comprises some material, emphasis is put on the fact that this contract does not give any exclusiveness on the delivery of such material, and that the Contracting Authority is not otherwise obliged to procure materials from the service provider. The contracting authority is, thus, free to purchase materials from our other framework agreements and still use the contract supplier for work that shall be carried out without mark-up in the agreed prices for work.

Please note that job advertisements and film production will not be included in this framework agreement. See chapter 4 for further details on the procurement ́s purpose and requirements. The contracting authority is uncertain about the extent of the procurement, but based on average calculations based on statistics information for 2023-2025, an annual contract value of approx. NOK 1,200,000 is estimated excluding VAT. The total estimated contract value, including options, is approx. NOK 4,800,000 excluding VAT. Emphasis is put on the fact that the estimated contract value is only of an informative character and does not represent any obligations for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the actual contract value can vary, partly as a result of a decision that municipal sub-plans and other types of plans are likely to be prepared internally in the municipality, as well as changed financial framework terms, organisational changes and municipal activity. Tenderers cannot demand compensation if the expected procurement is lower than expected. Based on the estimated value of the contract, the contracting authority has stated the maximum contract value, c.f. the Court of Justice's case C-23/20. Sept.The framework agreement shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for machine contractor services and other work that naturally falls under this for the CAOC project in Bodø municipality. We point out that there is normally only one driver on buses, and with the use of an apprentice it is presumed that the tenderer has an additional driver to follow up the apprentice. * The work assignments are not considered suitable for apprentices due to the nature of the work and requirements for health, safety and the environment. Sept.The contracting authority needs to ensure continuous access to standardised concrete products for daily maintenance, acute and planned improvements and new installations of the municipal road network in Trondheim. Attention is relating to the fact that the procurement is only for purchases of goods. The setting down and accompanying contract work will be carried out by the contracting authority itself. The concrete products shall primarily be used for: Operation, maintenance and replacement of sand trap manholes. Replacement and new establishment of concrete pipes in various dimensions. Traffic safety measures, including securing site areas, roads and places when using physical barrier material (concrete pig/jersey stone). The framework agreement shall be based on a combination of two delivery models: Delivery from tenderers (call-offs with delivery): Tenderers must have the capacity to transport and deliver products directly to Valøya or stated construction sites within the municipality ́s borders. Collection at the tenderer (call-off with self-collection): In order to ensure efficient operation, the contracting authority must be able to collect products themselves with separate vehicles. It is therefore a requirement that the tenderer ́s delivery place/storage place must be located within a maximum driving distance of 1 hour from the contracting authority ́s main facility at Valøya.
