The competition is for the provision of lawyer services. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 2,500,000 excluding VAT per annum. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. ENVIRONMENT: This procurement is considered to have an immaterial impact on climate and the environment, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 7-9, fifth paragraph. The justification for this is that the procurement concerns consultancy services where the contracting authority is unable to influence climate and environmental impact, as the requirements and criteria that are directed against these elements will not have sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØ's environmental supervisor. APPRENTICE: The contracting authority has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 7 and concluded that there is no requirement for apprentices in this procurement, as the contract ́s main elements do not include work where it is relevant to use labour with vocational or craft certificates, cf. the apprentice regulations § 6 (3).

The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The budget set aside is NOK 916,000 excluding VAT per annum for school camp stays, which includes school stays for pupils and employees from home school and costs for school camp teachers/schools. Sandnes kommuneSandnesFrist: 11. Sept.The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the procurement of communication and marketing services. Please note that job advertisements and film production will not be included in this framework agreement. See chapter 4 for further details on the procurement ́s purpose and requirements. The contracting authority is uncertain about the extent of the procurement, but based on average calculations based on statistics information for 2023-2025, an annual contract value of approx.
