Due to a lack of investment budget, there is a need to enter into a framework agreement for consumables where equipment is loaned free of charge in the 4 year period. Registered need in the Procurement Portal: Endoscopic back surgery - equipment and consumables for MHH with option for the other hospitals in the VVHF Procurement will include the purchase of three instrument chips for endoscopic back surgery (two interlaminary and one transforaminal set, including extra optics), as well as the consignment of RF consoles with pedal and dedicated pump. In addition the procurement includes consumables for the procedures and an option for an extra transforaminal instrument set. This includes both disposable components and equipment necessary for inter-laminate and transforaminal interventions. . Investment/financing: Yes, funds are granted; Investment/financing comment: It will be an investment of approx. NOK 500,000 million in the equipment, which will either be purchased or operational leasing. Request that this is described in the procurement. The consumption is estimated to approx. 800,000 per annum.

Sept.The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the inspection and maintenance of sprinkler systems and manual extinguishing systems for Vestre Viken HF. The framework agreement includes: • Sprinkler installations and the accompanying fire installations: Initial inspections, annual inspections and service of sprinkler installations (including water mist installations, inert/gas extinguishing installations and service of sprinkler valves) in accordance with the FG regulations. The agreement also includes inspections and maintenance of smoke ventilation and smoke hatches at the locations where such systems are installed. The inspections shall be carried out in accordance with the current rules, relevant standards and the manufacturer ́s instructions.• Option for manual extinguishing system: Annual inspection and service of hand extinguishers and annual inspection of fire hoses. The contracting authority is gradually planning to establish its own capacity to carry out all or parts of the service. Sept.The procurement includes an automation system with connected analysis instruments combined in a fully automatic system, including middleware, conveyor belt, pre-analytical functions (replacement of the current automation system at Kalnes), as well as free-standing instruments at the locations in Askim, Fredrikstad, Moss, Sarpsborg and Halden in order to ensure method equality and connection to a joint middleware system. The current analyses shall be maintained and the automation system shall have the capacity to ensure an annual increase of 4% from the analysis volume in 2025. The automation system shall cover the disciplines of clinical chemistry (including lowering and ionised calcium), immune chemistry, haematology, coagulation, infection serology, HbA1c and allergy and auto-immunity. It ought to have a high degree of flexibility both as regards the physical system and middleware, and it should easily include new analysis instruments, modules and tests (analyses) that can be relevant in the coming years. Later expansion with other disciplines than those mentioned above can be relevant. The automation system shall see to the receipt and distribution of samples for other parts and disciplines in the Centre for Laboratory Medicine. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a procurement contract for the purchase of 1 complete dye laser (PDL) for the Skin Department at Helse Stavanger HF including safety equipment, hand piece(s) necessary for intended use and any scanner(s) necessary for intended use. At the same time a framework agreement shall be signed for equipment dependent consumables (colour substances and consumables for the cooling system). In addition an option shall be offered for the following: - service, cf. Annex 10 - Overview of service levels - service courses - e-learning programme (if offered), - other life cycle costs (wearing parts/spare parts/maintenance parts/service kit as needed). Estimated volume of dyes: The department expects 8,000 pulses per annum. The maximum volume is estimated volume + 50 %. The options shall be valid for as long as the laser is in use. The laser shall be used for the treatment of port wine stains (port-wine stains) and other vascular malformations on the face, throat and head of children and adults. The maximum price of the investment is NOK 1,700,000 excluding VAT. The pipetting robot shall be delivered with UV light, thermosclers and a fully validated method for Illumina TSO500 v2 and KAPA EvoPrep Boost Kit v2. At the same time a framework agreement shall be signed for the procurement of associated equipment dependant consumables. An option is to be offered for service, cf. Annex 10 - Overview of service levels, service courses, extended training in programming/advanced functions (if offered), suitable table for lab (if table model), barcode reader with the necessary software (if offered), fully validated method for Illumina TSO500 ctDNAv2, programming and verification of the modified Roche KAPA EvoPrep Boost Kit v2 protocol and other life costs (spare parts/wearing parts/maintenance parts). The option for a suitable table applies for 4 years from the last electronic signing date. Other options apply from the last electronic signing date and as long as the equipment is in use by the Contracting Authority. The options can be price adjusted in accordance with the procurement contract point 4.2. The consumption of equipment dependent consumables can vary from year to year. The estimated pipetting extent is approx. 700 samples per annum. The maximum pipetting scope is 2,000 samples per annum. The stated consumption/extent is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. The pipetting robot shall be used to pipet patient samples and reagents for preparing NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) library for small and medium scale analyses/research project. The background for the procurement is increased use of NGS in routine operations, clinical studies and research projects, and as a result there is a greater need for flexibility in all parts of the analysis process. SYKEHUSINNKJØP HFVADSØJustification for award: Helse Førde Health Trust intends to procure one toe pressure meter for clinical use at the surgical department. A procurement contract will be signed with Perimed AB, as well as an accompanying framework agreement for equipment dependent consumables. The equipment shall be able to be used to map load distribution and pressure under the toes by both static and any dynamic load. The equipment will be a part of reviewing and following-up patients with circulation problems, including patients with diabetes, wounds, neuropathy, amputation levels and orthopaedic conditions in order to diagnose. On 12.06.2025 a market survey was published to map the market for toe pressure meters. The market survey was deadline 23.06.2025. One of the absolute requirements from the trade group was that the apparatus had to be able to measure down to 0 mmHg. Based on the responses given, only Perimed AB could offer a toe pressure meter that met the requirement. Helse Førde needs equivalent equipment that Helse Bergen procured, and has set equivalent requirements that the apparatus must be able to measure down to 0 mmHg. Perimed AB is, according to what we know, the only supplier of toe pressure meters that together fulfils the need. Based on this, a competition cannot be held, cf. the procurement regulations §13-4 letter b, point 2.
