Due to a lack of investment budget, there is a need to enter into a framework agreement for consumables where equipment is loaned free of charge in the 4 year period. Registered need in the Procurement Portal: Endoscopic back surgery - equipment and consumables for MHH with option for the other hospitals in the VVHF Procurement will include the purchase of three instrument chips for endoscopic back surgery (two interlaminary and one transforaminal set, including extra optics), as well as the consignment of RF consoles with pedal and dedicated pump. In addition the procurement includes consumables for the procedures and an option for an extra transforaminal instrument set. This includes both disposable components and equipment necessary for inter-laminate and transforaminal interventions. . Investment/financing: Yes, funds are granted; Investment/financing comment: It will be an investment of approx. NOK 500,000 million in the equipment, which will either be purchased or operational leasing. Request that this is described in the procurement. The consumption is estimated to approx. 800,000 per annum.

Sept.The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the inspection and maintenance of sprinkler systems and manual extinguishing systems for Vestre Viken HF. The framework agreement includes: • Sprinkler installations and the accompanying fire installations: Initial inspections, annual inspections and service of sprinkler installations (including water mist installations, inert/gas extinguishing installations and service of sprinkler valves) in accordance with the FG regulations. The agreement also includes inspections and maintenance of smoke ventilation and smoke hatches at the locations where such systems are installed. The inspections shall be carried out in accordance with the current rules, relevant standards and the manufacturer ́s instructions.• Option for manual extinguishing system: Annual inspection and service of hand extinguishers and annual inspection of fire hoses. The contracting authority is gradually planning to establish its own capacity to carry out all or parts of the service. The extent of the call-offs under the option can therefore be reduced during the agreement period. A procurement contract will be signed with Perimed AB, as well as an accompanying framework agreement for equipment dependent consumables. The equipment shall be able to be used to map load distribution and pressure under the toes by both static and any dynamic load. The equipment will be a part of reviewing and following-up patients with circulation problems, including patients with diabetes, wounds, neuropathy, amputation levels and orthopaedic conditions in order to diagnose. On 12.06.2025 a market survey was published to map the market for toe pressure meters. The market survey was deadline 23.06.2025. One of the absolute requirements from the trade group was that the apparatus had to be able to measure down to 0 mmHg. Based on the responses given, only Perimed AB could offer a toe pressure meter that met the requirement. Helse Førde needs equivalent equipment that Helse Bergen procured, and has set equivalent requirements that the apparatus must be able to measure down to 0 mmHg. Perimed AB is, according to what we know, the only supplier of toe pressure meters that together fulfils the need. Sept.The procurement includes an automation system with connected analysis instruments combined in a fully automatic system, including middleware, conveyor belt, pre-analytical functions (replacement of the current automation system at Kalnes), as well as free-standing instruments at the locations in Askim, Fredrikstad, Moss, Sarpsborg and Halden in order to ensure method equality and connection to a joint middleware system. The current analyses shall be maintained and the automation system shall have the capacity to ensure an annual increase of 4% from the analysis volume in 2025. The automation system shall cover the disciplines of clinical chemistry (including lowering and ionised calcium), immune chemistry, haematology, coagulation, infection serology, HbA1c and allergy and auto-immunity. It ought to have a high degree of flexibility both as regards the physical system and middleware, and it should easily include new analysis instruments, modules and tests (analyses) that can be relevant in the coming years. Later expansion with other disciplines than those mentioned above can be relevant. The automation system shall see to the receipt and distribution of samples for other parts and disciplines in the Centre for Laboratory Medicine.
