Refer to procurement documents for details. The objective of the service contract is to provide EIT Health with a comprehensive and structured analysis of DEI in HEIs, with a focus on innovation-related activities, programmes and institutional practices, within the framework of the EIT HEI. The service provider is expected to deliver an evidence-based understanding of the current state of DEI practices, including the identification of key barriers affecting equitable access to innovation-related opportunities, activities, networks, funding and participation across HEIs. The service combines strategic and analytical support and is outsourced to ensure access to specialised expertise. The service contract will build on existing EIT Community materials, including previous analyses, reports, and good practices, with the objective of consolidating this knowledge base and addressing the current gap in structured, HEI-specific insights on DEI practices within innovation-related activities.

Those functions operate at system level or at the level of organisations providing programmes of education and training (providers). QQI is also an awarding body. It established standards for its awards, and awards qualifications to persons who have completed programmes of education and training that it has validated (validation is approval of a programme prior to its delivery) that are offered by providers of programmes without the authority to award NFQ qualifications. It can also delegate its authority to providers meeting certain criteria. Updating QQI’s assessment infrastructure may require changes/supplementation to, or impact upon, all the above in due course. It is important to appreciate that QQI’s infrastructure is primarily focussed on the quality assurance of standards-based formative and summative assessment and is not intended to guide on how to assess learners in specific situations. Sept.European business statistics (EBS) provide a wide range of information on businesses operating in the EU’s industry, trade, construction and service sectors, as well as their global interactions. The fast-changing social, technological and economic environment and related globalisation (and regionalisation) as well as competitiveness challenges and opportunities have however shown the need for responding in timelier manner to new user needs supporting policy action. The call to reduce the administrative burden on businesses requires an assessment of the sources and methods used for compiling EBS to ensure that the impact on the businesses is as limited as possible. To this end, the Commission launched the evaluation of the EBS Regulation (2019/2152), which is the first formal step in the review process. The impact assessment is the next important step in the review, in line with the Better Regulation requirements. The current call is aiming at contracting services supporting the Commission in performing the impact assessment of a potential amendment to the EBS Regulation. The tasks cover: problem definition; drivers, objectives, and policy options definition; cost and benefits identification and assessment; stakeholders’ consultations definition and implementation; collection, analyses and reporting on information required for drawing conclusions on the policy options; reporting on the results of the assessment, drawing conclusions and development of monitoring KPIs for the preferred policy option; support throughout the adoption process.
