RFP 250005 - TENDER FOR ACQUISITION OF COMPONENTS FOR ANECHOIC CHAMBER AND ITS ASSOCIATED COMMISSIONING AND TRAINING SERVICES
The University of Luxembourg wants to acquire components for Anechoic Chamber and its associated commissioning and training services. In the entire present Tender File, it shall be noted that "Equipment" refers to the above-mentioned Anechoic Chamber. The Anechoic Chamber consists of all components acquired under the current Call for Tenders No. 250005. The Equipment will be used for antenna measurements, including but not limited to the following: radiation pattern, axial ratio, S-parameters, gain-in-band, and phase measurements. This Call for Tenders is aimed at concluding a Contract for supplies and services fixed at one (1) year as an initial warranty period, for the unique lot, in order to retain one Contracting Party known for its expertise in providing components for Anechoic Chamber and, also, performing their required associated services of commissioning and training. Heat accumulation plant in Lisbjerg Energy Park - Design and build contract 1, New VAK (Accumulation tanks incl. stair towers, walkway, handrails, pipes, valves, electricity and SRO, nitrogen and compressed air systems, instrumentation and safety equipment)
The project pertains to the turnkey contract for designing and constructing 2 pcs. heat accumulation tanks (hereinafter VAK) each with a usable volume of 50,000 m3, to be located in Energy Park Lisbjerg for Kredsløb Transmission A/S. The turnkey contract encompasses complete, fully operational VAK including design, supply, installation, and connection, as well as testing and commissioning with auxiliary equipment according to the complete tender material. The entire construction project comprises multiple contracts, but these tender conditions solely apply to the turnkey contract for 2 pcs. VAK. Referring to Article 65 of the Utilities Directive, it is stated that the turnkey contract in this tender will not be subdivided into (additional) subcontracts, as the Contracting Authority has determined that, due to the nature of the project, and the financial, liability and execution considerations, it is most suitably addressed under one turnkey contract. Framework agreement for pressure testing, disinfection and neutralisation, etc. 2026
The contracting authority would like to enter into one framework agreement with one tenderer for a framework agreement for pressure testing and disinfection. This includes assistance with pressure testing in all of the municipality ́s water pipelines, disinfection and neutralisation of the pipelines, as well as sample taking, pipe inspection, pigging, leakage searching and flushing. The contracting authority is obliged to make its procurements with the tenderer with which a framework agreement has been signed, and the chosen tenderer is, after an order from the contracting authority, obliged to deliver in accordance with the framework agreement. Further information on the project ́s purpose, scope and requirement can be found in Annex 1 - The duration of the requirement specifications contract is two years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year. Supply of 2 new funicular cable railway cabins for carriage of passengers, associated goods (The funicular cabin must be equipped with fast rechargeable batteries mounted in a swing-out or pull-out box for access and maintenance, with adequate protection against corrosion. Batteries shall be compliant with Directive 2006/66/EC of European council) and related services: - Supply of set of wearing and consumable spare parts for 2 years maintenance; - Supply of a set of main spare parts; - Supply of maintenance, repair and diagnostic tools; - Delivery of technical documentation; - Supply of related services (commissioning of funicular cable railway cabins and associated goods, personnel training etc.); Incoterms delivery conditions: EXW (Ex Works) for Goods supplied from within the Contracting Authority’s Country, CIP (border or port) for Goods supplied from outside the Contracting Authority’s, including, for both delivery conditions, all expenses related to the supply, delivery, handling and insurance of goods to the final destination place: Petra Sagaidachnoho street 3, in the Podilskyi district of Kyiv city2, Naberezhne Shose Str., Kyiv, Ukraine, final destination at place to be defined by Kyivpastrans [the address will be confirmed during signing of the Contract]. The funding institutions are the European Investment Bank and the Kyiv City Council. The Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command (later on FDFLOGCOM or Contracting Entity) is requesting your participation application in the procurement of repair, overhaul and modification services for Rolls-Royce 250-C20B Engine and its Line Replaceable Units (LRU), Shop Replaceable Units (SRU) and spare parts including testrig and testbench capabilities.
