Combined it is considered better to have requirements that shall be met by the tenderers in the execution of this project than to compete for different degrees of fulfilment. Water supply installations are a part of society's critical infrastructure. The material and product range that has been assessed and selected in the detailed engineering design shall fulfil special quality criteria.
