Onshore Power Supply for Cruise (OPS)
The Owner intends to install two (2) Onshore Power Supply (OPS) systems, each rated at 12 MVA. Power supply from grid supply at 33 kV, output from OPS shall be 11/6.6 kV and capable of operating at 50/60 Hz. The installation will comprise two connection zones, and each zone will have three (3) connection points serving a single cruise ship. The Owner is seeking modular solution-based on up to a maximum container size of 30-foot modules stackable to a maximum height of three. The design shall consider all applicable load conditions and seismic forces that the structure may be subjected to, according to specification in this document and other applicable specifications. The OPS containers assembly will be enclosed with a structure which will be built by Other. This tender is for the OPS power transformation system, and electrical engineering for shore side connection cabinets, and the overall testing of the systems. New non-fill artificial grass cover at Moseidmoen training ground
Background Vennesla municipality shall replace the artificial grass cover at Moseidmoen training ground. The current cover is worn, has an uneven surface and no longer fulfils the current function and quality requirements. The municipality therefore needs to establish a new system that ensures a smooth and robust playing surface with good properties of use and safe use over time. The aim of the procurement is to establish a new fill-free artificial grass system suitable for football activities in Nordic conditions. The system shall contribute to high durability, stable playing properties and an appropriate operational and maintenance need throughout the year. The procurement shall also support the municipality ́s goal of environment, sustainability and long-term resource management. The choice of a fill-in free artificial grass cover is justified in assessments connected to operation, maintenance and environmental impact. Tenderers must therefore assume that a complete system is requested that safeguards these considerations within the framework of the tender documentation. Description of the assignment The procurement is for the delivery and assembly of a complete fill-free artificial grass system at Moseidmoen training ground. The delivery includes an artificial grass cover, elastic layer (pad), marking and other work included in the tender documentation. Ground works are to be carried out in a separate contract and are not included in this procurement. Before the work starts, the tenderer shall participate in inspections of the substrate together with the contracting authority. Any deviations that may affect the delivery shall be notified the contracting authority without undue delay and before the work starts. The tenderer shall assume that the substrate at the inspection site fulfils the contract requirements for the ground contract. Tenderers shall plan their work so that assembly can start without undue delay after the substrate is approved and available. Necessary fine screeds, cleaning and minor adjustments to the substrate that are naturally due to weather influence and normal influence in the period between the inspection inspection and start of the works, shall be included in the contract sum. A functional and robust track structure is requested that provides a level playing surface, good cushioning and playing ability, high durability and safe use. The artificial turf shall take care of the requirements for the qualities of artificial grass for football from the Ministry of Culture, Oct. 2019. Requirements in accordance with NS-EN 15330-1:20131, including requirements for documented qualities and testing. Stabilising sand can only be used in necessary outer zones outside of the playing surface, one metre off the sidelines. Such use shall be limited to what is necessary for the system's function and lifetime, and the sand shall not contain synthetic materials. Upon hand-over the tenderer shall submit complete MOM documentation, maintenance instructions, test reports, match documentation and other final documentation. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the design, development, establishment and operation of a new website for the Competition Authority (konkurransetilsynet.no) that, in a target orientated and efficient manner, supports the Authority's social mission. New Rjukan treatment facility, collaboration contract
Tinn municipality is in a process to upgrade the sewage treatment facilities in the municipality. Sewage from the urban areas Mårvik, Attrå and Austbygde have gathered for a new treatment facility established in Mårvik. Rjukan treatment facility shall be cleared and a new treatment facility shall be constructed next to the existing (day facility). Tinn municipality now has a total of three treatment facilities. The treatment facility for Rjukan is the largest and receives sewage water from Rjukan village, as well as holiday homes in the Gaustablikk area. The purified sewage water is emitted to the Hydro tunnel, which is brought down to Tinnsjøen. Rjukan RA is a mechanical/chemical treatment facility based on post-deedimentation. This is a rock plant where the treatment process takes place in rock halls. The external building is a building that houses personnel rooms as well as sludge dewatering and unloading to containers. The average purification effect for total phosphor in 2024 was 83.3%. Only 7 out of 12 samples have been assessed to be within the purification requirement of 90%. We see from the Annual Report for Rjukan RA that the plant is unable to fulfil the cleaning result requirement for phosphors in the event of heavy precipitation and snow melting. The purification result for chemical oxygen consumption (KOF) has been complied with. The existing installations have a capacity of 7700pe. With future tourist development and population growth, new treatment facilities must have a capacity of 17,200pe. This as a backdrop also requires that a new treatment facility must have secondary purification. In addition Statsforvalter has issued an order for 70% nitrogen removal with deadline 01.03.2029 and 80% nitrogen removal by deadline 31.12.2030. The installation will be established at Bruflot, east of the centre of Rjukan. The procurement ́s value is estimated to NOK 320,000,000 excluding VAT.
