This procurement, OB2 – Construction contract for Brevik and Møllebakken pumping stations is one of several planned contracts in the part-project "Transfer Facility", and is an execution contract in accordance with NS8405. This mainly applies to the construction work in connection with the establishment of a new Brevik pump station and the renovation of Møllebakken pump station. The following works are included in CONTRACT OB2 - Building and technical disciplines: Brevik pump station (new building): Ground and concrete work - Construction work above and below terrain - Internal works and technical rooms - HVAC installations connected to the building - Outdoor work, including terrain work and landscape design - W&S works in connection with the pumping station - Temporary work, rigging and operation Møllenbakken pumping station (renovation): - Renovation and upgrading of the existing buildings (less scope) - Internal and external building technical works - Establishment of new HVAC installations in the building - Adaptations for new machine technical and technical equipment.

In order to strengthen security of supply, it has been decided to establish a full-fledged back-up water system that can supply both Biri and Gjøvik. Stage 1 of the project included the establishment of an submarine pipeline from Gjøvik to Redalen, the construction of a pressure increase station, as well as establishing a connection point for continuing the pipeline towards Biri. The sea pipeline was lowered in Mjøsa in autumn 2020, and after completion of the pump station the facility was put into operation in 2021. In stage 2 the pipeline shall be continued from Redalen to Biri, where both a raw water pump station and a new water treatment plant shall be established. Helse Stavanger HF would like tenders for an hourly rate and mark-up materials for installation and maintenance work. The framework agreement is intended to cover the Contracting Authority's continual need for services in the discipline. Tenderers shall be able to carry out most types of plumbing work in connection with alterations, operations and maintenance in Helse Stavanger HF ́s buildings. The locations at Ullandhaug and Våland will mainly be involved. The work assignments can be both short-term and long-term.
