Sept.The proposed works comprise the construction of a new single-storey extension and associated refurbishment and alteration works to an existing community dwelling at Carra Mor Community Dwelling, Lifford, Ennis, Co. Clare (V95 Y4A6). The project includes the construction of a new extension incorporating an accessible assisted bathroom, accessible ensuite, equipment room, storage room and connecting corridor. Internal refurbishment works include the conversion of existing shared sanitary facilities into six individual ensuites, construction of a new sluice room, widening of internal door openings, fire door upgrades, and associated alterations to plumbing, drainage, ventilation, electrical and fire alarm systems. External works comprise the construction of a new galvanised steel bus canopy with laminated glazed roof, reinforced concrete hardstanding, relocation of existing parking spaces, new kerb works, foul and surface water drainage alterations, soakaway, landscaping reinstatement and all associated site development works. The contract also includes a comprehensive upgrade of the existing heating and domestic hot water installation, including the removal of the existing oil-fired plant and the installation of a new external high-efficiency condensing oil boiler, new twin-coil hot water cylinder, circulating pumps, heating controls, plantroom modifications, associated electrical works, and extension of the heating system to serve the new accommodation. JuniMEDITE Europe DAC is invites expressions of interest from experienced and qualified companies for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of a flue gas abatement system and associated ancillaries for a biomass boiler installation. A system will be required to treat the boiler flue gas stream and reduce particulate emissions in order to support safe, reliable and compliant plant operation. The proposed solution shall be suitable for the defined operating conditions, including flue gas flow, temperature, moisture content and dust loading, and shall be capable of integration with the existing boiler, draft system, stack and plant control infrastructure. The scope is expected to include, as applicable, the main abatement equipment, inlet and outlet ductwork interfaces, support steelwork, access platforms, insulation, ash collection and discharge arrangements, instrumentation, controls, electrical integration, and all associated ancillaries necessary for a complete and operable system. The system should be designed to achieve the required emissions performance while maintaining acceptable pressure drop, operability, maintainability and safe access for inspection and maintenance. The proposed equipment must be of proven industrial technology and conform to best practice design principles and all relevant European legislation and standards, including CE marking where applicable. The successful contractor shall be expected to undertake detailed engineering, equipment manufacture and supply, delivery to site, erection, testing, commissioning, performance verification, operator training and handover of the complete system, together with the provision of all relevant drawings, manuals and technical documentation.
