Voss heradVossFrist: 10. Aug.The competition is for the delivery, installation and preparation of a loudspeaker system and stage monitors for Gamlekinoen at Voss. The contracting authority shall upgrade Gamlekinoen in Voss. A separate competition has been announced for a turnkey contract for the constructional aspects of the upgrade. The Doffin reference is 2026-109259. The turnkey contract and this procurement will be carried out parallel and it is a prerequisite for extensive cooperation between the tenderer and contractor. The procurement ́s value is estimated to approx. NOK 2,800,000 excluding VAT. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. Dansens Hus ASOsloFrist: 29. MaiThe tender contest is for the replacement of the upper stage machinery at Studioscenen at Dansens hus in Oslo, according to the Technical Specification. The current system is nearing the end of its lifetime. In addition, the system is limited in functionality, lacks positioning and load monitoring, and does not meet the current security requirements. Other targets for the upgrade include: * Several options/points for suspension. * Simple changes and shorter restructuring time between productions. * Better working environment. It shall not be necessary to use a lift to move hoists or suspension points. * Possibilities for movement during performances. The project consists of two parts: 1. Construction work consisting primarily of changes to the steel structure in the roof as well as moving building technical installations. 2. Engineering design, production and installation of the stage machinery. Each project part is a turnkey contract where the turnkey contractor has the full responsibility for engineering design, planning, production, installation, testing, training and documentation. This competition is for project part 2, delivery of the stage machinery. The planned solution is based on a system with traditional stage features with the addition of point stretches. There will be up to 16 stage covers, 2 side covers and 4 courts for a variable number of concentrated stretches. The pulley rods are to be carried by four steel wires or steel band. A steel construction dedicated to the stage machinery will be installed by another contractor. The existing HEA beams will be disassembled. Eight new beams will be assembled in the hall ́s longitudinal direction, placed so that four are used for stage stretches and four for concentrated stretches and/or other temporary equipment. The machinery will be located above the balcony on one side of the stage. A dividing wall will be set up to create an engine room and screen for sound between the winches and the stage. The entire system, including the pulleys and control system with security functions, shall be constructed in accordance with the norm NO-EN 17206 "Event technology, machinery for stages and other production areas, Safety requirements and inspections". The installation shall fulfil relevant EU directives, including directives for machines, low voltage and EMC. The consultants shall contribute to developing projects within given quality, time and financial frames. The projects shall particularly emphasise quality, finances and social considerations (e.g. universal design, sustainability, environment and climate). The contracting authority will use strict professional responsibility for the execution of the work in this contract. At the same time as services of high professional quality shall be provided, all processes shall also be cost and time efficient. Fredrikstad kommuneFREDRIKSTADFredrikstad and Hvaler municipalities (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) intend to enter into a temporary agreement with Norkart AS for a transition to Norkart KOMTEK ́s cloud based system (SaaS) for the operation and further use of trade systems within municipal engineering (VAR), property taxes and fixing fees. The contracting authority has used KOMTEK software delivered by Norkart AS over several years. The system is central in the municipalities ́ task solving and has integrations with several other trade systems. The operation of the system has until now been handled by the contracting authority ́s own ICT department. This means that the current system must, in practice, be continued through a transition to the tenderer ́s cloud system, as local operations will no longer be a real alternative. The contract will be an ongoing contract with Norkart AS for the operation of KOMTEK as the cloud system. The contract will follow the existing contract structure and will mainly continue the same modules, functionality and data basis as in the current system. The contracting authority deems it appropriate to carry out a transition from local operations to a cloud based system as part of a natural technological development. The transition is planned for execution so that the existing functionality is continued, with limited and planned interruptions to operations. Significant changes or expansions in functionality are not planned as a part of the transition. KOMTEK is one of the central solutions in the contracting authority ́s system portfolio and the system has extensive integrations with other systems as well as a significant historical data basis. Any replacement of the system will require comprehensive migration of data, establishment of new integrations and significant changes in work processes, and will therefore involve significant risk and resource use. The contracting authority has therefore assessed that the procurement for technical reasons can only be carried out with the existing supplier. Trondheim kommuneTRONDHEIM"Fossumdalen stage 5-6 - Ledningstrasé" is part of a larger water and sewage project in Trondheim municipality that has run, and shall run, over several stages. The aim is to reduce the amount of overflow supplied to The River Nidelva from the sewage network by establishing a separated main stem for W&S from the sewage zone Lerkendal where surface water is led to the River Nidelva, and waste water is fed by a self-fall to Høvringen treatment facility. In "Fossumdalen stage 5-6, Ledningstrasé", the existing overflow (OP04) shall be established in "Fossumdalen stage 4" connects to the Høvringen sewage tunnel via a diving pipeline under the River Nidelva with a flushing magazine. The pipeline installation starts with drilling rock from the west side of Osloveien south of Stavne to Høvringen sewage tunnel. Under osloveien, a sewage pipeline is laid through a completed freighter and dug a ditch to the east between the properties in Sivert Dahlens veg. Pipelines that controlled drilling will be executed under the River Nidelva to Valøya. Over Valøya and up to Valøyslyngen, pipelines are to be dug in a ditch. Pipelines in valøyslyngen shall be executed in an increased dimension, which together with the existing volume in the existing sewage pipeline upstream OP04 (new overflow) functions as flushing magnet for the diving line. The flushing magazine shall be emptied via a flush manhole and the facility shall be adapted for the supply of water from the municipality ́s water pipelines. A new water and sewage system shall also be constructed from OP04 (a new overflow) to the junction of Alfred Larsens gate and Valøyslyngen. From the junction of Alfred Larsens gate and valøyslyngen, a new water pipeline will be laid in the same route as the existing water pipeline to Holtermanns road. The following turnkey contracts will be transported to the general contractor:1 "Fossumdalen stage 5-6 - Sewage pump station" (the existing sewage pump station APS is replaced by a smaller and more modern sewage pump station APS04.2 "Fossumdalen section 5-6, HVAC, management and automation"The general contractor will take over, among other things, the engineering design and coordination responsibility for these two turnkey contracts.
