Overhalla municipality invites tenderers to a tender contest for snow clearing and gritting on municipal roads and open spaces. The competition is divided into six sub-contracts with one lot per sub-contract. Lot 1 Hunn/SkageRode 2 Hunn to RanemslettaRode 3 SørsiaRode 4 Ranemsletta to FlasnesRode 5 RanemslettaRode 6 Nordal, Berg and GrytøyaThe aim of the procurement is to cover the need for winter operation of municipal roads, foot and cycle paths, parking places, as well as turning places and areas connected to municipal buildings. The agreement period is for 2026 up to and including April 2029, with an option for a further one season (October 2029 - April 2030). Detailed description of the routes, implementation requirements and contract requirements are attached.

OFA IKSGJERSTADGjerstad municipality shall enter into framework agreements for winter maintenance on municipal roads. The framework agreement is for the hire of tractors and possibly other machines with drivers for snow clearing and clearing municipal roads/open spaces. Winter operations mainly comprise routine operational assignments, stand-by assignments and reports to the contracting authority. The term operational assignments includes snow clearing and gritting of roads, car parks and foot paths/pavements etc. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to ensure that winter maintenance is carried out in accordance with the current service level (self-call-out) in accordance with the current requirements. The contracting authority has the right to call out the tenderer to perform services under the contract when he sees a need for this or finds this appropriate. For further information on the contents of the procurement, please refer to part 2 Annex 1 with sub-annex. The procurement is divided into two lots.
