The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to identify a suitable contractor to develop a multi-year, evidence-based campaign strategy and overarching theme for 2027–2029 that responds to profound shifts in the global immunization landscape since 2020, including stagnating routine immunization coverage, declining national health budgets and overseas development assistance, increasing measles outbreaks, and the rapid spread of misinformation across digital platforms. The contracting authority is uncertain about the extent of the procurement, but based on average calculations based on statistics information for 2023-2025, an annual contract value of approx.
