Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Fortsetzung der wettbewerbsökonomischen Begutachtung sämtlicher sich im anhängigen Verfahren wegen eines vermeintlichen Verstoßes gegen das Kartellverbot durch die Waldbesitzübergreifende, gebündelte Holzvermarktung stellenden ökonomischen Fragestellungen einschließlich der Unterstützung der mandatierten Rechtsanwälte bei der Abfassung von Schriftsätzen und als Gutachter in mündlichen Verhandlungen. Näheres ergibt sich aus den Vergabeunterlagen. Die Leistung soll unmittelbar nach der Zuschlagserteilung erfolgen.
