Die Leistungen gelten für Personen im ambulanten Wohnen, Einrichtungen, Wohnungen mit ambulanten Diensten und betreuten Wohnformen für Mitarbeiter und Nutzer. Verantwortlich ist die Gemeinde Rana. Weitere beteiligte Gemeinden: Meløy, Dønna, Herøy, Vega, Vevelstad, Sømna, Brønnøy, Lurøy, Nesna. Optionen bestehen für Alstahaug, Leirfjord, Træna und Rødøy.
