Der Umfang umfasst die gesamte technische Betreuung: Überwachung, Störungsbehebung und Korrektur bis hin zu Geräten außerhalb der Nutzer. Die Leistungen gelten für Personen im ambulanten Wohnen, Einrichtungen, Wohnungen mit ambulanten Diensten und betreuten Wohnformen für Mitarbeiter und Nutzer. Verantwortlich ist die Gemeinde Rana. Weitere beteiligte Gemeinden: Meløy, Dønna, Herøy, Vega, Vevelstad, Sømna, Brønnøy, Lurøy, Nesna. Optionen bestehen für Alstahaug, Leirfjord, Træna und Rødøy. Der Auftragswert liegt über der EWR-Schwelle. Es gelten Ausbildungsverpflichtungen nach dem Vergabegesetz § 7. Mengen sind Schätzungen und nicht bindend. Details siehe Vergabeunterlagen.
