CORU IT Procurement and Project Delivery Support Services
CORU wish to engage the services of a supplier to provide procurement and project delivery contract support services to the CORU Executive to support the procurement and implementation of a Registrant Management System. This expected timeline (from award of contract to delivery of Registrant Management System) is expected to take 24 months to complete, starting in Q2 2026. The scope of the required procurement support services include: 1. Availability to CORU on a regularly scheduled basis of up to 112.5 hours a month to a maximum of 1,125 hours (150 days) per year, which will include attendance in CORU’s offices as required. 2. Identify potential suppliers and undertake preliminary market engagement, including a comparative analysis of registration system solutions in use by similar regulatory bodies in Ireland and the UK. Develop the technical specification for the Registrant Management System which will require developing a strong understanding of the current system functionality and CORU processes, and engagement with the CORU executive in relation to further system requirements not available in the current system.
