Umfasst Fehlerbeseitigung innerhalb von 24 Stunden während der Bewässerungssaisons (01.05.-30.09.2026 und 01.04.-30.09.2027), insbesondere bei Schnittstellenänderungen zu DWD-OpenData und Wetterstationsanbietern (Pessl, Sencrop, Davis). Beinhaltet geringfügige Codeanpassungen für Funktionalität/Nutzerfreundlichkeit sowie Fehlerbehebung im Zusammenspiel mit der Raindancer-App in Abstimmung mit IT-Direkt Business Solutions GmbH. Während der Saison muss werktags 8-18 Uhr eine fachkundige Ansprechperson für Störungsbehebung verfügbar sein.
