An online presentation on the project will be carried out on Wednesday, 01 July at 2.30 pm, giving all participants the opportunity to review the work completed so far and discuss the next steps. The session will be held virtually to ensure everyone can join easily, and further details about access and materials will be shared in advance. Education Procurement Service (EPS)Deadline: Aug 06The EPS intends to run a competitive procurement process for a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the Supply of Laboratory and Medical Gases and Accessories to the Irish Public Sector. This will be the next generation framework of the existing framework LA2332F which will expire in April 2027. As part of the process, the EPS wishes to take soundings from the market as to its capacity to supply Laboratory and Medical Gases and Accessories. The EPS is issuing this Preliminary Market Consultation and invites responses from economic operators for the purpose of market research. This is a market sounding exercise to obtain market information in order to: 1. better understand any changes in the supply market since the previous national Framework Competition was run, and 2. identify any necessary amendments to the scope and specifications of the Laboratory and Medical Gases and Accessories framework. 3. To provide the market operators an opportunity to contribute to the overall strategy and approach to any potential Framework or contract type for Laboratory and Medical Gases and Accessories.
