Pre Market Engagement- daa is seeking to gather information with regards to the provision of a Photovoltaic and Battery Energy Storage System at Dublin airport. As part of daa’s strategic commitment to enhancing energy resilience and advancing sustainability at Dublin Airport, this project seeks to deliver a large-scale Solar Photovoltaic (PV) installation integrated with a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). This project will help support daa’s long-term vision of decarbonising airport operations and securing a reliable, self-sufficient energy supply. An online presentation on the project will be carried out on Wednesday, 01 July at 2.30 pm, giving all participants the opportunity to review the work completed so far and discuss the next steps. The session will be held virtually to ensure everyone can join easily, and further details about access and materials will be shared in advance. If you wish to participate in this presentation please respond through the eTenders portal before 12 pm on Monday 29 June using the expression of interest function.

daa plcDeadline: Aug 06The Contracting Authority is seeking expressions of interest from the market for the design, manufacture and installation of a single-tier modular stillage system capable of storing up to 750 empty Unit Load Device (ULD) containers in three (3) locations across the airfield at Dublin Airport. The objective of the project is to provide safe, efficient and organised ground storage for empty ULD containers on existing rigid pavement surfaces. The proposed solution shall maximise storage capacity while ensuring ULD containers are securely restrained both vertically and laterally during storage. As part of a phased approach to this wider programme, UL is considering an initial pilot phase involving four buildings on campus.
