Politiets fellestjenesterOSLODeadline: Sep 23The Norwegian Police Directorate announces a competition for a research assignment in connection with the introduction of a new model for service development (MTU) in the police force. The model for service development involves new ways of working for the entire organisation. The implementation will involve changes in work forms, interaction, management and decision making. To ensure learning, quality and adjustment during the process, before new practices are allowed to join the organisation, the National Police Agency wants a research environment to carry out action research, or other type of follow-up research where researchers collaborate closely with the business, parallel to the implementation. The assignment shall support a structured and systematic learning process. The research theme is in the tender documentation.
