Tender description
The Contracting Authority intends to appoint a suitably-qualified and experienced resource to undertake asset identification and mapping services across its campus (which, for the avoidance of doubt, includes St. Joseph’s Hospital, Raheny). Beaumont Hospital_403Deadline: Aug 11In summary, the concession agreement comprises the development and operation of (i) an existing Patient Shop, (ii) an existing Patient Coffee Shop and (iii) a new Retail Pharmacy on the Contracting Authority’s premises. For the avoidance of doubt, the Contracting Authority will award a single concession agreement for the operation of all retail premises. This competition is not divided into lots and only one successful concessionaire shall be appointed.
