Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke) is planning to procure a fish egg sorting machine for its research infrastructure in Taivalkoski. Luke’s aquaculture facility is located in Taivalkoski, and the fish egg sorting machine is being procured for the handling of live fish eggs, mostly salmonid eggs. The planned procurement concerns a fish egg sorting machine that uses an optical system for fish egg sorting. The machine must be suitable for sorting salmonid eggs, and it must be suitable for sorting dead fish eggs from viable/live fish eggs. The fish eggs to be processed have a diameter of approximately 4–8 millimetres. GENERAL Please note that this is a market consultation notice (hereafter "notice") and that this is not an invitation to tender. The information provided in this notice is preliminary and is subject to change during preparation. The information provided in this notice does not bind Luke in any way. The aim is for the machine to be delivered to Luke by December 2026. Hansel Oy is acting as a consultant role in the procurement. MARKET DIALOGUE We will send a draft version of the call for tenders and its annexes to registered companies, approximately in August 2026. Market dialogue: Cleaning products with an option for robotic cleaning.
OFA IKS invites potential suppliers to a market dialogue in connection with the planned procurement of a framework agreement for cleaning products with the accompanying services, as well as an option for robotic cleaning. The aim of the dialogue is to inform the market about the planned procurement and at the same time obtain input that can contribute to designing a tender documentation that provides good total economy, relevant environmental requirements and appropriate contract mechanisms over time. OFA IKS particularly wants input on the price model, assortment, limitations between product categories, handling smaller and larger machines, as well as how robotic cleaning can best be offered as an option in the framework agreement. We would also like to get market assessments of requirements for transport, follow-up, training, support and development in the market. The dialogue meetings will be held as individual meetings with representatives from OFA IKS and up to three representatives from each supplier. The meetings can be held physically at OFA IKS, Kjøita 40 in Kristiansand, or digitally via Teams, for 60-90 minutes. Market dialogue - Free user choice in home nursing care - June 2026
Kristiansand municipality is working for the implementation of free user choice in home nursing care. The municipality has had dialogue with the market for several rounds, the first time in spring 2025 when it was to be assessed whether free user choices should be introduced. The city council decided 24.09.2025 that work should be initiated with the implementation of free user choices in home nursing care. A market dialogue was held in March 2026, in which potential tenderers received information about the process, where the municipality asked a number of questions to the market. The market dialogue was held with a digital meeting, an option for one-to-one meetings and an opportunity to provide written input. There were several potential suppliers who were engaged in the market dialogue in addition to NHO, and the municipality received valuable input for the work. The municipal administration has subsequently worked on preparing the tender documentation and a case that will be subject to political treatment in autumn 2026. There are still many decisions to be made, both administratively and politically, so there is still some uncertainty as to how the tender documentation will be. This means that there is also room for the market to provide input on the work, and elements that the administration should consider in the further work. Kristiansand municipality emphasises that they are open. In order to ensure good input from potential suppliers, we share as much information as possible at this stage, even if some conditions are still unresolved. This market dialogue represents a continuation of the already completed market dialogues with some more concrete questions related to the price model, etc., whereupon it is also possible for new suppliers to provide input for the implementation of the competition. The deadline for submitting feedback is 29 June 2026 at 16:00. The case for guidelines that are relevant for the competition shall be for political treatment just over the summer. Based on this, the municipality needs to get any input from tenderers by the end of the current month, so that the municipality can have time to decide on the tenderers ́ input that is relevant for the relevant case.
