REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SERVICES Ref: LRPS-2026- 9205645 UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN'S FUND (UNICEF) Wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for “Technical Assistance to BANBEIS for Strengthening Education Data Governance through Legal Reform, Data Management Frameworks and Systems Integration”. 1. Request for Proposal United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) wishes to procure the abovementioned services through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your organization to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this request for proposal and the terms and conditions contained herein. 2.
