Tender description

Die Implementierung, Lizenzbereitstellung, Hosting, Updateversorgung, Backup und Support durch den Anbieter während der Vertragslaufzeit sowie Betriebsbetreuung eines Sourcing Systems (Beschaffungsplattform) als Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) für die Prozesse Source-to-Contract, Vertragsmanagement und Lieferantenmanagement. Die Implementierung umfasst die technische Umsetzung inkl. sämtlicher erforderlicher Schnittstellen (insbesondere SAP) zur Anbindung bestehender Systeme sowie die Übernahme der Geschäftspartner mit Stamm- und Adressdaten aus einem abzulösenden Bestandssystem. Teil der Implementierung ist aber auch die Bereitstellung und Umsetzung eines Schulungs- und Change-Konzepts für alle relevanten Stakeholder/ Nutzer. Perspektivisch sollen weitere Prozesse der Beschaffung über das System abgebildet werden („Full Suite“). Die DSGVO-konforme Extraktion der Daten bei Auskunftsanfragen von Nutzern bzw. zur externen Archivierung der Rfx-Unterlagen ist wesentliche Anforderungen an die angebotene Lösung.
