Proposals are sought for the design, supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, training, documentation for a new open-protocol Building Management System (BMS) at TUS Clare Street Campus, Limerick, TUS Thurles campus and TUS Clonmel Campus. All of the the BMS systems must be controlled remotely and need to have access to the network from Moylish campus. The works shall be completed in accordance with all applicable standards, including electrical regulations, manufacturer requirements, and site specific policies. The project aims to monitor, control, optimise and safeguard the mechanical and electrical services within the building.
