Tender description
Rahmenvertrag für Beratungsleistungen zur Unterstützung der Programmdirektionen NWK und IFU des WDR. Ziel: Begleitung programmstrategischer Veränderungsprozesse im Kontext digitaler Transformation und ARD-weiter Reformvorhaben. Thematische Schwerpunkte: Strategiearbeit (Fokus WDR-Angebotsportfolio), Reorganisationen, Kulturentwicklung, Change-Management, Einführung von Steuerungsinstrumenten (z.B. OKR), Innovationsprogramme, Geschäftsfeldentwicklung. Laufzeit: 2 Jahre ab voraussichtlich 01.06.2026, mit zweimaliger Verlängerungsoption um je 1 Jahr. Geschätzter Bedarf: ca. 100 Beratertage/Jahr (über alle Verträge), maximales Abrufvolumen: 600 Beratertage über 4 Jahre. Vergabe an bis zu drei Vertragspartner ohne Abnahmeverpflichtung. Abruf bis 5 Beratertage nach Kaskadenprinzip (Reihenfolge nach Gesamtpunktzahl aus Erstverfahren).
