Die Lösung ist inkl. Wartung/Pflege und Support für eine Laufzeit von 48 Monaten ab Zuschlag bereitzustellen. Darüber hinaus sind vom Auftragnehmer zu erbringen: - Migrationsleistungen (insb. Übernahme von Altdaten) - Implementierungsunterstützung (Installation, Konfiguration/Customizing und Inbe-triebnahme); Projektunterstützung bei der Einführung - Bereitstellung bzw. Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Dokumentationen / Konzepten - Schulungen (inkl. Bereitstellung von Schulungsunterlagen)
