Competent consultancy organisations are invited to tender for the design and delivery of an Arabic Language and Cultural Heritage Programme. This project will engage children from Arabic-speaking, Arabic heritage, and wider local community backgrounds across the Newry, Mourne and Down area through interactive language-learning activities, storytelling, creative arts, cultural exploration, and educational workshops. The programme will provide opportunities for children to develop Arabic language skills in a fun, inclusive, and age-appropriate environment while learning about the history, traditions, stories, and cultural heritage of Arabic-speaking communities. Through shared learning experiences, creative projects, and cultural activities, participants will build confidence, strengthen social connections, celebrate cultural identity, and promote intercultural understanding.
