Markterkundung vor der Ausschreibung für Schulungs- und Konferenzdienstleistungen für die norwegische Arbeitsaufsichtsbehörde. Bedarf: Dienstleistungen in Städten/Stadtentwicklungen landesweit. Durchschnittliches jährliches Auftragsvolumen ca. 8 Mio. NOK inkl. MwSt. Leistungen umfassen Tagungspakete mit/ohne Übernachtung. Häufige Teilnehmerreduzierungen führen zu erheblichen No-Show-Gebühren (ca. 80.000-100.000 NOK/Jahr). Es wird Feedback zu vorgeschlagenen Stornierungs- und Reduktionsfristen gesucht. Antwortfrist: 03.07.2026. Geplante Ausschreibung: Ende August, Vertragsbeginn Anfang Dezember. Geplant: Rahmenvertrag mit mehreren Bietern pro Unterpaket und geografischem Gebiet, Abruf über direkten Abruf.
