The scope of work comprises the rehabilitation and renovation of the Marka Camp market, covering an approximate area of 2,300 m². The project includes the design, supply, delivery, and installation of a new composite concrete and steel shading structure to cover the entire market area, as well as the renovation of the market facades and ground surfaces, together with all associated civil, architectural, electromechanical and structural works required for the successful completion of the project. The scope further includes the procurement, transportation, unloading, handling, and installation of all necessary materials, equipment, and accessories; execution of all construction activities specified in the tender documents; and the cleaning, reinstatement, and handover of the site upon completion of the works, in accordance with the approved drawings, technical specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
