Refurbishment of High Judicial council, and Palestinian civil Police premises

UNDP through its Sawasya III project of Reinforcing Equal Access to Justice for All Palestinians is announcing a tender for the refurbishment work involving the High Judicial Council (HJC)and the Palestinian civil Police premises in the North West Bank. The project covers multiple locations, including Nablus, Jenin, Tulkarem and Qalqilya. We are seeking qualified and experienced suppliers to participate in this tender. To be eligible, bidders must meet the following criteria - Bidders must be classified by the Ministry of Public Works and Housings National Classification Committee or the Contractors Union with a minimum grade of three (3) in building works.- Bidders should have at least 7 years of general experience in construction.- A minimum of 3 years of specific experience in similar rehabilitation or refurbishment projects is required.
