Der Leistungsumfang umfasst Konezption, technisiche und inhaltliche Erneuerung/Weiterentwicklung, redaktionelle Unterstützung, Betrieb, Hosting, Support, Monitoring, Schulung und Dokumentation der Webauftritte einschließlich CMS, Störungstool, Schnittstellen und barrierefreier Ausgestaltung. Kritische Systeme wie Störungstool, Karriereseite usw. sind ohne Unterbrechung betriebsfähig zu halten. Anforderungen an Hochverfügbarkeit, DSGVO, Barrierefreiheit, Schnittstellenfähigkeit, Migrationsfähigkeit und Support/SLA sind zwingend zu berücksichtigen. Alternative CMS-Lösungen und Erneuerungen sind bei nachgewiesener funktionaler Gleichwertigkeit zulässig.
