Trinity College Dublin intends to award a contract to EM Systems Support Limited, Media House, London Road, Adlington, Cheshire, SK10 4NL, United Kingdom for the specialist de-installation, transportation, refurbishment, repair, reinstallation, commissioning and validation of an existing Raith e-LiNE Electron Beam Lithography (EBL) system. The contract includes: De-installation of the existing instrument from its current location; Specialist transport and insurance; Refurbishment and repair at the supplier's dedicated facility; Supply and installation of replacement components where required; Comprehensive functional testing and validation; Reinstallation and recommissioning at Trinity College Dublin; Final performance verification against factory acceptance criteria; Warranty covering repaired components and associated work.

(ii) ALD reactor 2: Configured for the deposition of metal oxide films, designed for oxygen-rich precursor processes. (iii) Glove Box Module: Provides a controlled inert atmosphere that connects both ALD reactors, enabling contamination-free sample transfer and handling. Lot 1 is for the engineering, procurement, and construction works and services to complete infrastructure assets including but not limited the jetty, trestle, topside structures, pipelines, above ground installation (AGI), integration with FSRU, onshore terminal systems, related ancillary and enabling utilities to site and the management of nominated subcontractor(s).
