Der Rahmenvertrag wurde 2021/2022 im Rahmen eines Verhandlungsverfahrens vergeben. Die Laufzeit begann im September 2022 mit Optionen zur Verlängerung gemäß den ursprünglichen Vertragsbedingungen.
