The compound includes a modern five-story APRO building, a two-story heritage TCO building, a one-story Annex and a guard house with reception and driver areas. UNICEF requires a qualified contractor to maintain a consistently clean, hygienic, safe and presentable working environment for approximately 250 staff, visitors and meeting participants, and to maintain the gardens and surrounding outdoor areas. Objectives, Purpose & Expected results UNICEF TCO is seeking to establish non-exclusive Long-Term Agreements for Services (LTA-S) for the duration of 3 years, with the option of additional 2 x 2-year extension, subject to satisfactory performance and agreement of both contracting parties (maximum duration of 7 years). The established LTA-S will be time bound, without a monetary value or guaranteed offtake. The LTA-S might be shared with other UN Agencies as requested based on agreement of both contracting parties. The LTA-S holder is requested to provide reliable, well-supervised and environmentally responsible cleaning and gardening services across the UNICEF compound.
