Tender description
The Norwegian Police Shared Services issues this Request for Information (RFI) to gain knowledge about products and solutions for issuing passports and ID cards as preparation for upcoming procurement. Goal: deliver high quality, secure, and efficient services to the public, police, foreign ministry, and immigration. Aim to reduce identity theft/fraud, prevent issuance to wrong persons, minimize governance risks, develop efficient processes, ensure compliance with Norwegian Passport Act, ID Card Act, ICAO Doc 9303, ISO 7501/14298, EU regulations 2252/2004 and 2025/1208, and provide user-friendly services.

Atlantic Technological University has a requirement for the production, supply and delivery of Student ID Cards. i. Supply of pre-printed cards ii. Supply of blank cards to produce student ID Cards from uploaded files of student photographs and relevant student details and to deliver these ID Cards to students of ATU in a series of bulk batches starting September and subsequently to produce and deliver cards as required during the academic year. Student ID cards for the ATU ID Card Production and Delivery Process to commence at start of Academic Year 2026/27. General • From an uploaded file of student photographs and relevant student details to design, personalise, print, supply and deliver, by mail to students, a student ID card based on a layout and specification provided by the ATU. • Suppliers are asked to outline their proposed process and provide costs in the Appendix 2 Pricing Schedule. • The process must be secure, effective and GDPR compliant. Additional Details • ATU will require approximately 19,000 cards for the Academic Year. Prior to procuring card stock for a contract under this Framework, the supplier should liaise with ATU regarding quantity to ensure as accurate an estimate as possible of requirements in a particular contract. • ATU will also liaise with the supplier regarding pre-printing on card stock and will endeavour to ensure a generic card stock, which may be used for other contracts under this Framework. • ATU will require proof of card, mailer and envelope prior to production. • Suppliers should indicate industry standards they comply with. • Suppliers should indicate weekly delivery schedule based on continuing card requests by students throughout the year. Supply of Forecourt Purchase (Fuel) Card and Associated Services
The Successful Tenderer will be required to provide AN POST with purchase (fuel) cards which permits the purchase of products and services on service station forecourts throughout the Republic of Ireland. The Services should be available 7 days a week, 365 days a year and ideally would like 24-hour coverage but accept this is not always possible in remote locations. The Successful Tenderer must be able to provide a solution that enables card use restrictions / controls that enables the purchase of certain products/services and if required, set spending limits, enable PIN security, enable mileage tracking, anti-fraud measures. The Successful Tenderer is responsible to ensure that a network of available service stations is maintained throughout the term of this contract “Coverage”. The Services must be provided in accordance with good industry practice and comply with all relevant and applicable laws and licensing requirements. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate to AN POST’s complete satisfaction that they have the capacity and capability to provide all of the services required. Procurement of an SAP Solution expert- Logistics and Procurement
The Contracting Authority shall enter into this agreement on behalf of The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA). FMA is a part of the defence sector, directly under the Ministry of Defence (FD). FMA shall ensure that the Norwegian Armed Forces and other entities in the defence sector have access to cost efficient and secure material and services in line with approved long-term plans. FMA ́s main assignments are planning, procurement, management and disposal of material for the Norwegian Armed Forces and other departments under FD. Organisational reasons can be required during the contract period to transfer the resource to Cyber Defence ́s IT Department (CIT) DRIV. DRIV is responsible for the technical operation and further development (DEVSECOPS) of the Joint Integrated Management System (FIF). FIF is a SAP ERP system integrated with a number of other different applications. Internal processes are based on flexible frameworks (Scrum, SAFE), the Security Act and different industry standards for safety and ITIL for operation. DRIV consists of approx. 150 persons, most of whom are located in Oslo. Both employees and consultants staff the organisation. The aim of this notice is to get access to a solution expert in project P1160 'Critical Upgrade of ERP' who shall work with the Norwegian Armed Forces ́s SAP logistics system in the procurement area, in connection with the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The role shall contribute with experience and knowledge from SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. The role can involve cooperation with other departments and/or projects in the Norwegian Armed Forces.
