The Project Centre for Mental Health Øya (SPH) is an important project for St. Olavs Hospital HF and NTNU in the development of the integrated University Hospital in Trondheim, where the goal of the project is to deliver a future orientated and modern centre with areas for research, education and clinical virksomhet.St. Olavs Hospital HF and NTNU are project owners for the project Senter for Psykisk Helse at Øya in Trondheim (SPH), and together will be the contracting authority and the contract party in the project. The contracting authority has engaged Sykehusbygg HF to safeguard the project management for the project. The contract shall be executed as an integrated project delivery (IPL) with a three party contract between the builder, IPL contractor and IPL consultant. This procurement is for an IPL contractor. Phase 2 of the competition includes submitting tender documents.

The equipment shall be used to maintain, broaden and develop HSØ's telephony infrastructure so that it is at all times able to support HSØ ́s need for robust telecommunication services. Emphasis is put on the fact that the Contracting Authority, as a part of this, also wishes to procure ready-made installations, i.e. not individual components, based on function and performance requirements. Project assignments in the form of fixed price assignments, target price assignments or equivalent for various planning, review, design, development and installation assignments in connection with the telephony infrastructure. This can be everything from small and simple assignments such as upgrades, to more complex assignments that require project management and design, as well as independent assignments with defined deliveries and the accompanying delivery quality that is managed by the supplier. Project assignments can also be delivered in combination with equipment, e.g. by the supplier delivering a ready installed and tested system (e.g. a complete telephony system).
