Upgrade des Prozessüberwachungssystems mesc21-11 (Nanofocus-Topografiemesssystem, Seriennummer 700259) am Fraunhofer IPMS CNT, An der Bartlake 5. Das Upgrade umfasst ein automatisches Handhabungssystem für Wafer in einer separat gekapselten Umgebung. Das System kann Wafer aus einem SEMI-300-mm-FOUP in das bestehende Messwerkzeug überführen. Es ist zudem in der Lage, 200-mm-Wafer in einen geeigneten Adapter einzuführen, um sie auf Standard-300-mm-Werkzeugen zu verarbeiten, und diese 200-mm-Wafer im Adapter in einen SEMI-Standard-300-mm-FOUP zu handhaben.
