The competition is for a framework agreement for printed school books and accompanying products. The contracting authority is the following municipalities: Østre Toten kommune (org. 964 949 859) Vestre Toten kommune (org. 971 028 300) Nordre Land kommune (org. 861 381 722) Søndre Land kommune (org. 961 381 630) Gjøvik kommune (org. 941 574 431) Gjøvik municipality, the Joint Unit Procurement, is announcing and administering this framework agreement on behalf of the participants. The contract also covers other legal entities such as municipal companies and other bodies under municipal administration. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 7,500,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 100,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors.
