**NOTE this is not an above threshold exercise but is a notice to highlight this tender is live on eSourcing NI** The contract is for the provision of Distillery Street Open Space The contract is for the provision of the Distillery Street Open Space project, comprising the construction and completion of a new public open space and associated site works. The works are expected to include, but are not limited to, site preparation and enabling works, earthworks and grading, hard and soft landscaping, planting, paving, street furniture, lighting, drainage, utility coordination, accessibility measures and other associated infrastructure necessary to deliver a high quality public open space. The project is located within a live urban environment and will require careful planning, programming and stakeholder management to minimise disruption to surrounding residents, businesses and ongoing development activities. The works will be undertaken in accordance with all relevant statutory requirements, health and safety legislation, environmental obligations and project-specific quality standards. The Contractor will be responsible for delivering the works in accordance with the contract documents and programme, achieving all required milestones and handover requirements, and ensuring that the completed open space is fit for purpose and meets the Employer's objectives for quality, sustainability and community benefit.
