Digital teaching resources for primary and secondary schools
Stavanger, Sandnes, Sola and Randaberg municipalities, henceforth referred to as contracting authorities, would like to collect tenders for the procurement and delivery of digital teaching resources to primary and secondary schools and other educational entities in the municipalities, including a network based tool for purchases, supervision and administration of licences. The contract can also be used by other municipal entities that need digital learning resources in connection with training. The contract also includes the procurement of digital learning resources to school libraries, but not the Contracting Authority's public libraries. The framework agreement shall ensure the municipalities reliable access to high quality digital learning resources and at competitive prices. Besondere Gewichtung hat die Konzeption von Content-Kampagnen (mit vertrieblichen Ansätzen) und deren performanceorientierte Aktivierung mittels Einsatzes von Influencern bzw. Experten und Media. Mit der Zentrierung auf die Kundenbedürfnisse muss die AOK R/H über die richtigen Themen in einen echten und nachhaltigen Dialog treten.
