The EUAA launched an open procurement procedure and signed on 29/02/2024 a Framework Contract for Services (hereinafter referred as “FWC”) EUAA/2023/138 with the contractor M.Evrihome Ltd. in a grouping with the A.S. Aircontrol Ltd, for Provision of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of EUAA Premises in Cyprus (Buildings and containers). The maximum amount covering all purchases under this FWC, including all renewals, is EUR 1,575,000.00. The maximum duration of the FWC is 48 months, until 28/02/2028. In order to plan and continue to engage in planned preventive and corrective maintenance, an increase in the ceiling is necessary to ensure the continuity of work. Since the initial total value of the Framework Contract was 1,575,000 EUR, it is essential to increase the total value of the contract by 50% which is the maximum possible, in order to ensure continuity of services until a new contract is signed in 2028. To accommodate all planned works, the EUAA requested an increase of the initial Framework Contract ceiling of 1,575,000 EUR by 50%, i.e. by 787,500 EUR (1,575,000.00 x 50%). This increase will allow for a new maximum Framework contract ceiling of 2,362,500 EUR (initial budget of 1,575,000 + increased ceiling of 787,500).

Bærum kommuneSANDVIKADeadline: Aug 26The procurement is for maintenance of playground equipment in all of Bærum ́s municipal nursery schools, approx. 60 and 18 children's parks. The contracting authority would also like to be able to use the contract for other places with playground equipment than the above, either by new ones being permanently included in the contract during the contract period or by individual assignments as needed. This procurement does not include the annual inspections of the playground equipment. The municipality has separate framework agreements for equipment inspections. Tenderers who check or inspect playground equipment for the contracting authority cannot be awarded a contract for maintenance of the same playground equipment during the contract period. The equivalent applies if the tenderer uses sub-suppliers who carry out inspection services for the Contracting Authority on the same playgrounds. Based on consumption in recent years, the estimated combined annual call-offs are approx. NOK 2 million excluding VAT. The annual amount will depend on financial framework terms, political decisions and the market situation in general. The maximum total amount for the framework agreement is NOK 10 million excluding VAT. The contracting authority can give compensation free of charge for the contract when the maximum call-offs have been reached. The contract period is 4 (four) years from signing of the contract, unless referred to by the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority has the right to terminate the agreement with 6 (six) months written notice.Framework agreement for plumbing services and materials.
VENNESLA KOMMUNEVenneslaDeadline: Sep 30Background Vennesla municipality needs to establish a new framework agreement for plumbing services and materials as the existing contract expires. The aim of the procurement is to ensure the municipality continued access to the necessary external capacity and competence for service, repairs, maintenance and management of acute events in the municipality ́s buildings and technical installations. The municipality has its own plumbers that cover parts of the current need. The self-region does not, however, cover the entire need, and the framework agreement shall therefore be a supplementary means to ensure sufficient capacity, flexibility and security of delivery. The procurement shall contribute to a practical and predictable model for ordering and following up assignments. There is a need for a system that safeguards both smaller ongoing assignments and major planned work. At the same time it is important to have a quick response with rush assignments and good access to the necessary material. The procurement shall therefore facilitate efficient execution, clear call-off routines and good interaction between the municipality and the suppliers. Estimated value and extent The estimated value of the framework agreement is based on historical consumption as well as the contracting authority ́s expected need in the contract period. The estimate is only a guideline and is without obligation for the contracting authority to make procurements for a specific extent or a specific value under the framework agreement. The actual extent can deviate significantly from the estimate due to, among other things, political priorities and grants, changed needs, implementation of investment projects, as well as acute events and unforeseen conditions. The contracting authority does not guarantee a minimum purchase under the framework agreement. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 8,000,000 excluding VAT. The maximum value is the upper financial limit for the contract ́s tWSC/T/051/2026 - SERVICES – FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT (PERIOD CONTRACT) FOR THE PROVISION OF BUILDING MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE WATER SERVICES CORPORATION
