The purpose of this RFQ is to select suitable supplier for the procurement of service to provide technical support for the organizing of the national harm reduction and prevention workshops which will serve as technical input and validation mechanisms to produce recommendation and action plans. The technical assistance will focus on designing, preparing and facilitating two consultative workshops: 1. A National Harm Reduction Workshop; and 2. A National HIV Prevention Workshop focused on GC8 implementation. Duration: The consultancy is expected to be completed by 28 December 2026 (approximately 22 working days) from contract commencement.
