Dublin City CouncilDublinLeasing, Maintenance and support of on street parking for pay and display machines for Dublin City Council. This was done as a Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency Notice for Direct Award of Contract for Leasing, Maintenance and Support of On-Street Parking Pay & Display Ticket Machines Description: Dublin City Council has invoked Article 32.2 (b) for a derogation from tendering where the works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator. Dublin City Council has directly awarded a contract for the continued leasing, maintenance and support of its existing fleet of on-street parking Pay & Display ticket machines for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for two further periods of 3 months each if required, at a value of €3,500,000.
