Die öffentliche Vergabebekanntmachung zielt darauf ab, ein integriertes Lösungspaket zu finden, das die folgenden Komponenten umfasst: Ein On-Premise-Software-Tool für die Kostenerfassung von Drucken und die Erstellung von internen Rechnungen, ein Leasing-Parc mit 223 Multifunktionsdruckern für die Druckfunktion 'Follow-Me', ein 'All-Inclusive'-Dienst für die Wartung und Reparatur der Drucker und 8 Lösungen für die Freigabe von Druckaufträgen auf Traceern (Canon und HP). Die Lösung sollte die folgenden Ziele erreichen: Drucken, Kopieren und Scannen von Dokumenten, Erstellen von Rechnungen, Kauf von Druckkrediten, erleichtern die Installation von Druckjobs und die Verwaltung von Druckmaterialien.
