Dublin City Council intends to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement 2026-2030 for the design and execution of works in connection with the installation of playgrounds for Local Authorities. The requirements include playground design, and execution of works in connection with the supply and installation of playground equipment, landscaping works including safety surfacing and ancillary works, the supply of labour, plant and material. Additional items such as and not limited to would include the provision of gym and exercise equipment, teen zones, MUGA’s, skate and BMX areas, pumptracks etc The Framework will include a provision for the delivery and installation of the equipment to the nominated sites in the City and will be responsible for the security until installed and formally ‘taken in charge’ by Parks, Biodiversity and Landscape Services, Dublin City Council and any other Local Authorities as appropriate. The Framework Agreement will be established with 4 economic operators. The framework consists of approximately 300 pieces of machinery and equipment located at Park and Landscape Services Divisions works depots throughout the administrative area of Dublin City Council. The estimated annual spend is between €600,000 and €700,000 which includes labour and parts. This information is given as a guide only and DCC do not guarantee any volume of business arising out of contracts awarded through this process. Tenderers may apply for one or more lots Lot 1 – Agricultural Tractors Repair and maintenance as required of Agricultural tractors, mainly Massey Ferguson, Ursus, and Ford, Farmtrac, New Holland, SAME and Landini up to 90 horsepower (approx).
